When you book a session, that time is reserved just for you. We prepare in advance, reserve studio space, and make the necessary arrangements to deliver a smooth and professional experience.

Because of the time and resources involved, any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable.

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to open up the slot for others and keeps everything running efficiently.

Session Start Time

Your booked session time begins exactly at the scheduled start time. If you arrive late, the session clock will not be extended — meaning your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. It’s important to be on time so you can make the most of your booked session.

If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. However, keep in mind that late arrival will reduce your available session time, as the schedule cannot be adjusted to accommodate delays.
